DAILY ITINERARY:

Arrive at Los Angeles Airport and use included transfer to your hotel. A meet & greet host will be waiting for you at baggage claim. Suggested arrival is before 2:00 PM. Please check in at the AAA Hospitality Desk at the hotel for important information. This evening, enjoy a Group Welcome Reception and Dinner. (Reception, D)

Downtown Long Beach Marriott Hotel - 4 Nights

Today, enjoy an experience like few others ever will! You will help decorate a float that will be in the Tournament of Roses Parade. Experience the magic of the floats before they make their debut. During the final stages of preparation, seeds, bark, fruits, vegetables, grasses, and of course, flowers are being applied to the floats, and you will help bring the float to life. Dress appropriately as you may get glue, paint or dirt on your shoes and clothing. Wear old clothes and comfortable close-toed shoes. After lunch, return to the hotel for some down time before tonight's included dinner and Broadway/Hollywood Concert.

Today, enjoy the Warner Bros. Studio Tour. You'll explore one of the busiest working studios with an expert Tour Guide, who will take you behind the scenes of the studio that has been entertaining the world for over 100 years. Walk in the footsteps of Hollywood legends, enjoy an interactive soundstage, see sets from popular TV series Friends and the Big Bang Theory. Enjoy nostalgic props, scripts, and awards from movies through the decades. Next embark on a tour of Hollywood. Enjoy free time before ringing in the New Year early at a New Year's Eve dinner at the hotel! (B, L, D) 

Happy New Year 2026! After an EARLY breakfast depart for Pasadena for early seating at the 137th Tournament of Roses Parade. The Rose Parade's elaborate floats have come a long way since the Tournament's early days, and the Rose Parade has stayed true to its floral beginnings. You’ll be dazzled by float artistry, equestrian excellence, and the nation’s best marching bands. Be sure to look for the float you helped decorate. After the parade, those who have purchased Rose Bowl tickets will depart for the game. The others will enjoy lunch and a tour on the Queen Mary docked in the Long Beach Harbor. The Queen Mary's history is full of action, adventure, romance and paranormal activity. The remainder of the day is free to explore on your own. (B, L)

Transfer from the hotel via Town Car to the airport for your flight home, taking with you wonderful memories. (B)
